[#CODEBASE-100] Add autocomplete to search form - Project Blacklight Jira

Description:

Add the opensearch style autocomplete to the input field on the search form.

JSON response is already available via opensearch method of the catalog controller. Need AJAX to to generate autocomplete suggestions box.

This issue has to wait on :
CODEBASE-99 Are we using the right solr field for OpenSearch
