There is far more extensive documentation about installing the demo on the wiki than there is included with the code.
We want to change this:
demo code should have the full information.
wiki should refer to the README with the code (possibly have iframe to show it?)
pre-requisities information on wiki:
perhaps should stay on wiki, but have link to this information in readmes included with code?
README is best for information tightly coupled with the code
wiki is best for other information, and for each live group editing.
We also want the docs included with the code to be shown in the rdoc.
