Add cursor focus to the search box on the home page

    When a user gets to the home page of the application (using the same criteria that will lead to the home_text partial to be loaded instead of the documents_list partial) have the cursor focus on the search box.

If on the home page the body tag is now written with an onload call to out the cursor focus on the search box.
