Blacklight Plugin

1. Make the current page emphasized more.
2. Provide larger clickable areas to pages
3. Move the next link to the end of the page numbers. So the order
would go like this:
<<Previous 1 2 3 ... Next>>
4. De-emphasize unselectable items more. For instance if you are on
the first page, grey out the Previous text some.

Jessie commented on list that #3 may not be desirable so, I've only implemented the others with this commit:

Colors may need to be improved, though I used ones from the current design.

I used the digg pagination example here making only color changes and adding space between the next link and the page numbers:
